In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 91 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 489 (A), 489 (B), 489 (C) of the Indian Penal Code.

On secret information, a team of was constituted and S.S.B team and the police party went to Thakurganj bus stand where they saw that some suspected persons on two motor cycles came there and when the S.S.B. team and the police party tried to stop them, they tried to flee away from there, but on chase, three persons have been arrested and on search, the police has recovered fake Indian currency note Rs.94200/- from the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3708 of 2020(5) dt.26-06-2020 2/2 possession of Abu Talim.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid fake Indian currency note has been recovered from the possession of Abu Talim and no recovery has been made from the possession of the present petitioner, though the bail of Abu Talim has been rejected and nothing has been stated in the FIR that the petitioner was along with Abu Talim and Kaisar Alam, but the FIR itself shows that three persons tried to flee away from the place of occurrence and the S.S.B team and police party chased and arrested them, including the petitioner. Looking to the entirety of the fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present and accordingly his prayer for grant of bail is rejected.
