====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SOURENDRA PANDEY ORAL ORDER 23-06-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Falka (Pothia) P.S. Case No. 143 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 26.03.2025 had called for the status report from the learned Court below.

4. From perusal of the status report, it is clear that the prosecution evidence was about to be closed as only one prosecution witness was left to be examined.

5. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the case, as of now, the present application of prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

6. The learned Trial Court is directed to complete the trial within three months from today.
