The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rampur P.S.case No.36/19 registered for offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is allegation of snatching of the mobile from the informant by some miscreants and later on it appears from the CDR details that the SIM was being used by this petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that mobile has been recovered from other co-accused and petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 31.7.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.85957 of 2019(3) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S.Case No.36 of 2019.

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
