2. The application is filed for restoration of CWJC No. 2338 of 2022, which stood dismissed on account of noncompliance of the peremptory order dated 24.08.2023 passed by a Bench of this Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact on account of a mistake on the part of the Advocate Clerk, peremptory order could not be complied resulting into dismissal of the writ petition.

4. In view of the submissions advanced and the averments made in the restoration application, the same stands

Patna High Court MJC No.12 of 2025(3) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 allowed. The writ application bearing CWJC No. 2338 of 2022 is restored to its original record. Further two weeks time is allowed to ensure compliance of the order dated 24.08.2023 passed in CWJC No. 2338 of 2022 by a Bench of this Court.
