JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 The short prayer made by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner in the present case is to direct the Principal Secretary-cum-Appellate Authority, Department of Industries, Government of Bihar,Patna to dispose off the appeal filed by the petitioner bearing Appeal No. 11 of 2019 within a stipulated

The learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted that the appeal of the petitioner would definitely be disposed off within the time frame fixed by this Court, however, the petitioner be directed to cooperate in the matter. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Principal Secretary-cum-Appellate Authority, Department of Industries, Government of Bihar,Patna to dispose off the pending appeal of the petitioner bearing Appeal No. 11 of 2019 within a period of 60 days of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

It is needless to state that the petitioner shall cooperate in the on going proceedings and in case he does not cooperate, the appellate authority would be free to pass ex parte order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
