JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 19-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners have renewed their prayer for anticipatory bail for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Kurhani P.S. Case No. 260 of 2007 having earlier been rejected by order dated 02.08.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 14161 of 2014.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.

4. If the petitioners surrender and seek regular bail before the learned trial Court the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order.
