The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 186 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition of wine and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 3 liters of Mahua liquor from the back of the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Earlier the petitioner is accused in the same offence. Hence, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
