The petitioner seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017, registered under Sections 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of S.D.J.M. Munger.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier on 28.11.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 55353 of 2017 on merit. As such, I find no fresh ground to re-consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner is, again, rejected.
