2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 441 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 109, 61(2), 111, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 08.10.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 70242 of 2025.

3. According to the prosecution case, all the named accused persons including the petitioner conspired to hire criminals who subsequently killed the deceased.

4. Two persons were shot by the criminals resulting in the death of one person. The petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2025 and has 11 criminal antecedents. He is alleged to have been involved in the conspiracy and killing of the deceased.

5. Considering the above, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
