2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution case, in short, is that informant gave total Rs. 18 lakh to these petitioners for purchasing silver and gold ornaments, but petitioners neither gave ornaments nor returned any money to her. It is further alleged that on 15.06.2025 at about 10 AM, when informant demanded her money from petitioners on phone, these petitioners abused and also threatened her with dire consequences.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of business rivals. There is no chit of paper to substantiate the allegation. At best, it is a case of civil nature. Only to put pressure for realization of alleged advance of Rs. 18 lakhs, this criminal case has been lodged. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate - III, Siwan in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 302 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
