2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 189C of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of selling a mortgaged property of Punjab National Bank and cheated the complainant of Rs. 20 lakhs.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2025 having two similar criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the allegation and the criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.200 of 2026(3) dt.24-03-2026 2/2 antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
