====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2025 Heard Mr. Raghav Prasad, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr. Suresh Prasad Singh, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 407 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR, as well as, the criminal antecedents of the petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.

4. The petitioners, if so advised, may surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail and the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1222 of 2025(2) dt.05-02-2025 2/2 District Court is directed to consider the regular bail of the petitioners in accordance with law, same day.

5. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of.
