JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sanjhauli P. S. Case No. 128 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per F.I.R. 50-60 persons came at the shop of the informant, they assaulted and also damaged the property. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against any of them. There is case and counter case between the parties. Considering the same, three other accused have been granted bail, vide order dated 11.12.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84294 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 81415 of 2019 and order dated 12.12.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 82410 of 2019. Further submission is that they have no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Vikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Sanjhauli P. S. Case No. 128 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
