Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 78 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 379, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is having a bank account in State Bank of Indian, Goplamath Branch and is presently residing at Bangalore. His ATM Card was with his father, Chandrika Giri, who had given the same to Pradeep Giri. There is nothing specific alleged against this petitioner and the specific allegation against is Pradeep Giri. Petitioner did not play any role in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59829 of 2018(3) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIV, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 78 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
