2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 353 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other accused persons created hindrance in discharge of duty to the police party and they also attempted to run over the police men with a tractor.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not present on the spot and he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with specific allegation that he and other accused persons were engaged in illegal excavation of sand and soil and when police
