JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Only material against the petitioners and others is of suspicion to have committed the murder of the husband of the informant. There is no eyewitness of the occurrence. Coaccused Mithilesh Singh has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65842 of 2018. Hence, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be
