The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Magadh Medical P.S.Case No.130 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 10 ltrs. of liquor from the house of the petitioner. Apart from that she is accuse din one more case.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is a lady and she is in custody for more than 1 1⁄2 month and she is also ready to abide by any condition imposed upon her.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83719 of 2019(2) dt.17-12-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Spl. Judge Excise, Gaya in connection with Magadh Medical P.S.Case No.130 of 2019. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
