The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2335 of 2017 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation, as evident from the report of the Mediator dated 06.05.2022 at 'Flag-D'. Further he submits that both the parties have ready to lead their conjugal life peacefully.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82599 of 2019(12) dt.09-05-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Katihar in connection with Complaint case No. 2335 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
