2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 115(2), 226(2), 303(2), 352, 351(2)(3) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The petitioner is said to have assaulted on the head of the informant with iron rod. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
