Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the fact, law and prayer of this case is identical to the case of Upendra Safi Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. (C.W.J.C. No. 11395 of 2018) and the petitioner should be granted the same benefit as has been given to Upendra Safi (supra) with some deviation that in place of Rs.23,88,606/-, it should be read as 32,24,603/-. Let the authority should examine the fact, law and prayer of this case vis-a-vis the case of Upendra Safi (supra) and
Patna High Court CWJC No.13879 of 2018(2) dt.29-11-2018 2/2 if it is found that all are identical, the petitioner should also be given the same benefit as has been given to Upendra Safi (supra).
