The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 179 of 2018 for the offence under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that he has fired but no one sustained injury on firing of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than one year, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Simi Kujur, Judicial
