Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Liquor was recovered allegedly from the house of the petitioner.

Submission is that all the three brothers are accused though they are residing separately in the said house. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84491 of 2019(2) dt.07-01-2020 2/2 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Deo Police Station Case No.108 of 2019 corresponding to G.R.No.1022 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

The learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the framing of the charge.
