JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2019 This has come under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioners stating that in last paragraph of order dated 9.1.2019 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners 'Special Judge, Excise, Gaya' has wrongly been mentioned in place of 'Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea'.

In the said circumstances, the order dated 9.1.2019 stands modified to the extent that in last paragraph of the said order 'Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea' should correctly be read in place of 'Special Judge, Excise, Gaya'.

Let this order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith.
