JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Minapur P.S. Case No. 369 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be father in law of the deceased and allegation against him and others is of causing dowry death of the deceased.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is father in law of the deceased and has falsely been roped in the present case and further no specific allegation has been attributed to him.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78675 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Minapur P.S.
