2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 143 (5) and 146 of the BNS, 2023.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with others were found with minor boys. It is alleged that they were trafficking them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further alleged that there is no specific allegation against him. During the course of investigation, the family members of the recoverd boys were examined and they have stated in their statement that due to

It is further submitted that similar situated co-accused persons has already been granted bail vide order dated 12.01.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 87000 of 2025. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 22.07.2025 having no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Mansi (GRPS) Rail P.S. Case No. 30 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, Bihar.
