JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-02-2020 This application has been filed for cancellation of the bail granted to the O.P.no.2 to 7 by the then Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 8.11.2019 in Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No.3640 of 2019 .

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is allegation against all the accused persons including the O.P.no.2 to 7 and several persons have received

No.85550 of 2019(2) dt.17-02-2020 2/2 injuries including the ladies but the Co-ordinate Bench has not considered the same while granting anticipatory bail to the O.P.no.2 to 7, however, he has admitted this fact that no specific allegation has been attributed against any of the O.P.no.2 to 7 either of assault or abusing by caste name .

Heard learned APP and perused the order granting anticipatory bail to the O.P.no.2 to 7 and the allegation appears to be general and omnibus in nature though there is allegation of abusing by caste name also but that is general in nature and considering the same anticipatory bail has been granted to O.P.no.2 to 7. there is no allegation of misuse of privilege of bail or tampering with the evidence..

In view of the discussions made above, there is no merit in this application.

According, this application is dismissed.
