2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 99 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 337, 338, 307, 452, 427, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the allegation, the petitioners along with other co-accused persons armed variously went to the house of the informant, assaulted him and his family members.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and there is a land

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1881 of 2025(2) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case and injuries are simple in nature. Petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C., Sherghatti in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 99 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Neha/- U T
