JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 202 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is specific allegation so far this petitioner is concerned of firing on the informant and causing injury to him. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that whole allegation is false and concocted. Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that there is specific allegation against the petitioner.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85674 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 petitioner. He has to surrender and pray for regular bail. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
