Petitioner is custody in connection with Gamhariya P.S. Case No. 153 of 2019 for the offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in snatching bag containing Rs. 1, 50,000/-. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 28.8.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82225 of 2019(3) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Madhepura, in connection with Gamhariya P.S. Case No. 153 of 2019 subject to the condition that the petitioner extend full cooperation in the conclusion of the trial. In the event, the petitioner fails to attend court proceeding on two consecutive dates without any cogent reason, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel bail bond of the petitioner.
