Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 113 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 IPC was added.

As per FIR petitioner and other accused persons caught hold of oxen of the deceased and allegation of assault to the deceased is against other accused persons. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no allegation of assault to the deceased against the petitioner and he is in custody for more than four months. Heard learned APP also.
