2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S.Case No. 409 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 103(1), 61(2) 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 23.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.17618 of 2025 which reads as under:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned cousnel for the informant as well as learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S.Case No.

409 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under section 103(1),61(2),3(5)

3. The petitioner is the accused of cutting neck of his wife. He is in custody since 27.07.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the informant as well as learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed."

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge has been framed and all the witnesses have been examined in the trial.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to review my earlier order.
