Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No.229 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 394/302 of the IPC, 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that earlier prayer of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 11.09.2019 in Cr. Misc. No.36240 of 2019 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further submits that charges have already been framed and petitioner is in custody since January, 2019.. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
