2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a)/41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. As per F.I.R., total 250 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from two motorcycles.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are neither owner nor driver of the alleged motorcycles and have been implicated in this case only on suspicion. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of these petitioners and have got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-I, Nawada in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 316 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
