The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 354, 379, 307, 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the petitioner and other FIR named accused due to non-payment of ransom of Rs. 10,00,000/- by the informant, on 21.03.2019 at about 5.00 p.m., attached at the house of the informant and in that course, petitioner and others damaged the two vehicles of the informant. Thereafter, the petitioner and others armed with country made pistol (Katta), sword, lathi etc. entered in the house of the informant and started damaging the house of the informant and also snatched the gold chain of the brother of the informant. Thereafter, Suraj Thakur and Baliram Thakur made attach at the informant thrice through country made pistol, whereas Abhishek

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The similar situated co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61767 of 2019.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No. 53 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
