JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 12-10-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the address of the petitioner given in the petition contained the name of the Police Station as 'Jamhore' which is a mistake. The correct Police Station is 'Rafiganj'. It is further submitted that the colour of the vehicle has wrongly been written as 'Blue Colour Powertrack' which should be 'Red colour Mahindra'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is, therefore, permitted to make correction in the address of the petitioner and in paragraph 1 of the application accordingly.

Let the aforesaid correction be read in the order dated 24.09.2018 passed by this Court.
