1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(1), 96, 126(2), 115(2), 352, 3(5) of the BNS Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and are women and the informant alleges that his minor daughter went outside the house for marketing on 09.08.2024 at about 3.00 P.M. and

No.1849 of 2025(2) dt.05-02-2025 2/3 when she did not return thereafter the informant started searching, during search on 11.08.2024 he came to know that his daughter is with Ram Sadai, accordingly, he went to the house of Ram Sadai where his daughter was present and when he tried to bring his daughter, it is alleged that the petitioners forcefully took her in a room.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that petitioner no.1 is mother of Ram Sadai, while petitioner no.2, 3 and 4 are co-villagers. It is also submitted that the daughter of the informant was in a relationship with Ram Sadai, as such, she had come to the house of petitioners but then petitioner no.1 was not aware that the daughter of the informant was staying in her house silently.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1849 of 2025(2) dt.05-02-2025 3/3 amount each to the satisfaction of learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Kaluahi P.S. Case No.157/2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
