JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case no. 448 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420, 498A, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Admittedly, petitioners are in-laws of the victim complainant. The complaint petition does not disclose any specific overt act against these petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four
