Having heard learned counsel for the appellant, we have considered view that no interference is warranted in the instant case as is sought by the present appellant/writ petitioner. We find that the reasons assigned by the learned single Judge in arriving at the conclusion are based on correct and appreciation of materials on record and the reasons are well founded.

Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed.
