The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S. Case No.37 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 17.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9325 of 2018 observing as under:- "Regard being had to the gravity of the offence in which daughter-in-law of the petitioner is alleged to have been killed in her matrimonial home within three years of marriage for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is

The petitioner has failed to bring to notice any changed circumstance under which the instant application has been filed.

In that view of the matter, I see no merit in this application. It is dismissed, accordingly.
