JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 22-01-2020 The petitioner has sought for quashing of the entire certificate proceeding of Case No. 21 of 2014-15 on the ground that the certificate amount has not been quantified and the request case for appointment of an arbitrator is pending decision of this Court. This Court, under the aforesaid circumstances, provides that in case an objection petition is filed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.272 of 2020 dt.22-01-2020 2/2 petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be entertained by the certificate officer and a reasoned order shall be passed on such application within a further period of eight weeks thereafter.

Since the petitioner is a lady, the warrant issued against her is quashed in view of Section 42 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act, 1914.

With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
