The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent authority has already passed a detailed, reasoned and speaking order granting the benefits of A.C.P./M.A.C.P. to the petitioner herein.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I find that the order of this Court has been complied with, hence there is no need to proceed further in the matter.
