JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-08-2018 The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to correct her marks-sheet and issue fresh marks-sheet of General B.A. Part-II examination for the academic session 2014-17. The petitioner has been shown to be absent in Home Science paper, whereas it is her claim that she had participated in the said examination.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University stating therein that the petitioner was student of Pass Course and she had opted Home Science as optional paper. It is their contention that the petitioner appeared in Home Science (Subsidiary), which paper is available for Honours students of a

Patna High Court CWJC No.11302 of 2018(4) dt.06-08-2018 2/2 subject other than Home Science. It has been specifically stated that the petitioner did not appear in Home Science paper meant for pass/general student, the course in which the petitioner was admitted.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that since the petitioner was student of Pass course, she could not have appeared for Home Science (Subsidiary) paper, which is available only for Honours students. Be that as it may, since there are disputed questions of facts, which cannot be gone into in the present proceeding, this application is disposed of with an observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach appropriate authority/forum for resolution of the dispute.

This application stands disposed of.
