This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Sheohar P.S. Case No. 246 of 2019 for the offence punishable

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82457 of 2019(3) dt.17-06-2020 2/3 under Sections 147, 148, 323, 307, 427 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case diary was earlier called by this Court, which has been received. There are 12 persons, who have filed the present petition. In the First Information Report, several persons have been named including these petitioners. Clash between two groups during certain celebration is the reason behind the occurrence and lodging of the present First Information Report and another criminal case by the accused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the allegations are general and omnibus. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties, which has given rise to filing of case and counter case, they have resolved their dispute.

Be that as it may, considering general nature of allegation, case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. This application is accordingly allowed.

Let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sheohar,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82457 of 2019(3) dt.17-06-2020 3/3 in Sheohar P.S. Case No. 246 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
