This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Complaint Case No.01 of 2016, disclosing offences under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
In view of the fact that the allegation arises out of matrimonial dispute between the parties and despite the service of notice on Opposite Party No.2, she has chosen not to appear before this Court, as such, the application for anticipatory bail of this petitioner is allowed.
