The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 664 of 2019 dated 03.08.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have taken away a motorcycle belonging to and parked in front of the house of the informant.

It has been urged on behalf of the informant that the petitioner has criminal antecedents. A perusal of paragraph-3 of the bail petition

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86106 of 2019(3) dt.17-06-2020 2/2 indicates that though the petitioner has been made accused in about five cases, but in all those cases he is on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and taking into account that the petitioner and the informant are neighbours and are not on good terms, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 664 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
