Hence, this appeal against the refusal of prayer for anticipatory bail by order dated 05.03.2018 passed in A.B.P. No.1261 of 2018, arising out of Salimpur P.S. Case No.27 of 2014 by learned Special Judge (SC/ST Act)-cum-Additional Sessions Judge-V, Patna, stands dismissed as withdrawn. The prayer for regular bail shall be considered in the light of observation of this Court in the case of Mahendra Prasad Singh V.
