JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rahui (Wena O.P.) P.S. Case No. 219 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(c)/25/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Recovery of huge quantity of ganja, i.e., 389.600 Kg from the truck. Petitioner and driver of the truck were arrested at the spot.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent. He is in custody for about seven months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the huge quantity of recovery of ganja, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
