Mr.Anant Kumar 1 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No.352 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. As per F.I.R., while the informant was coming after collection, four miscreants surrounded him and snatched the bag containing amount as well as Identity card of the company and BHHD machine. He is not named in the F.I.R. It appears from the F.I.R. and the impugned order that his name has come in this case later on the instance of co-accused. It further appears that he is accused in one more case.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is in custody for more than three months. Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82737 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 for bail.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed with condition that after framing of the charge, petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
