The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barauni Refinery P.S. Case No. 416 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 272, 273, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period
