JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-04-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present modification petition which has been filed for modifying the earlier order of this Court dated 30.03.2018 to the extent that this Court has directed the petitioner to mark his attendance before the Officer-incharge of the concerned PS at 10 am on every Monday of the week and in the event of three consecutive defaults, it has been directed that the present privilege of anticipatory bail shall stand cancelled automatically.

However, it is clarified that in case, the charge sheet is filed by the investigating agency, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court for modification of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76627 of 2018(3) dt.17-04-2019 2/2 aforesaid condition.
